All contracting, equipment leasing, and specialized engineering proposals are subject to strict commercial governance:

• Non-Binding RFQs: Quotations and price estimates issued via website inquiry forms constitute preliminary non-binding proposals until formalized through executed written contracts.
• Scope of Work (BOQ): Detailed engineering deliverables, power cabling specs, and equipment counts are exclusively determined by signed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) addendums.

For heavy machinery rentals, mobile cranes, and power generator fleets operated across KSA:

• Green Valley warrants that all dispatched machinery complies with ISO 45001 safety specifications and passes rigorous third-party technical inspections.
• Assigned operators maintain valid Saudi Arabian licenses and requisite Aramco / SEC technical accreditations.
• Clients must ensure safe jobsite access roads, soil stability, and certified rigging zones prior to equipment mobilization.

Regarding technical manpower placement and engineering workforce dispatch:

• All technical personnel deployed adhere strictly to KSA Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development workplace statutes.
• Dispatched crews enforce mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance and jobsite hazard protocols without compromise.

All website materials—including corporate logos, photography of executed Saudi Vision 2030 projects, technical schematics, graphics, and accreditation badges—are the exclusive intellectual property of Green Valley Ventures Co.

Unauthorized duplication, web scraping, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of proprietary site media is strictly prohibited under KSA Intellectual Property Law.

Green Valley Ventures Co. shall not be held liable for operational delays or service interruptions resulting from Force Majeure events beyond reasonable control—including extreme weather events, severe sandstorms, or sudden site access restrictions imposed by municipal authorities.

Visitors and applicants agree not to engage in any prohibited system activities:

• Uploading malicious code, corrupted PDF files, or payloads designed to compromise server stability.
